CHASSIS: It is designed according International transportation norms for carrying under full load and in all ground conditions without
problem. Overloading was considered in strength calculations. It is high strength chassis which is constructed from two bodies having “I”
SHAFT: each has 3x10 tons carrying capacity.
AIR SUSPENSION: Suspension consists of airbags, limiter level valve, ramp arm, lifting coil, parabolic Z springs, shock absorber elements
limiting shaft over movement,
FRONT SHAFT LIFTING: Front shaft lifting lowering system inside cabinet
TYRE: 385/65 R 22,5 size 6+1 pieces tubeless tyre
FOOT: Each having 25 tons capacity, double speed, mechanical foot
BRAKE: Used brake components are in EU standard and designed from WABCO trademark products.
AIR EQUIPMENT: Air which is required for air suspension, front shaft lifting, brake circuit and EBS circuit is used from air tank. Hoses that
are used in this installation are polyamide, and are durable against air pressure.
KING-PIN: 2” King Pin which is appropriate with SAE DIN norms, and produced from high strength forged steel.
FRAME LENGTH: It is manufactured in different sizes depending on chassis lenth, usage objective and request.
COVERS: Side covers can be specially manufactured from domex steel sheet plate. Cover dimensions and number can be manufactured
upon request. Rear cover has dump system and can be opened in two ways. Small cover can be made for helix.
DAMPER BASE CHASSIS: It is from 160 NPU and Double closing. Floor grids are mounted with gas metal arc welding by using 80 Size
NPI dense or loose upon request.
REAR AXIS SHAFT: It is 85 mm and in st60 grade, its bushings are lined with bronze.
TELESCOPICAL CYLINDER and HYDRAULICAL COMPONENTS: Properties and number of telescopically hydraulics lift are designed
in most suitable way based on damper length and operational condition. Damper is pneumatically controlled, includes double speed
lowering valve, damper transmission box, and I coupled type imit control safety valve . Used air, hydraulics hoses and glands are suitable
with EU Standards.
PAINTING: Trailer’s surface are pained with two fold acrylic paint over epoxy lining after it is cleaned with chemical liquids precisely after
sandblasting work and painting is made according to RAL codes.
